Ms. Rasika Rathi, Esq. is a US trained and qualified lawyer with a J.D. from the University of Michigan and a B.A. in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley. She brings with her a strong background in law, finance, and enzymes. Prior to joining Advanced Enzymes’ US subsidiaries, she worked for many years at Allen &Overy, a large international law firm, working on financial and general business litigation for Fortune 500 companies. Ms. Rathi joined Advanced Enzymes in 2013. Her efforts focus on mergers and acquisitions and strategic partnerships, strategic management of risk, efficient structuring of businesses and operations, and regulatory compliance.
